Q For this course, you will be required to submit a status report each week. There is no change to the structure of the status report this week. Please submit the following, using the provided template, no later than 11:59pm on xxxxxx. 1. Your name, the week number (week 1 through week 7) and the date on which the report is being submitted. 2. Progress report - in the table, list the assignments for the week in the first column. Put an "X" in the appropriate column for each assignment to indicate if you are done with it, working on it, or haven't started it yet. Please INCLUDE the reading assignment for the week (chapters in the book). Add additional lines if needed. Also, if you have not finished work from the previous week, include it in this week's report, at the top of the table. 3. Progress status - Indicate your progress for the week as one of the following: Green = I expect to have all assignments done on time; Amber (yellow) = I may be up to one day late on one assignment; Red = I will not be able to complete multiple assignments by the due date, or one assignment will be more than one day late. Provide an explanation for status of Amber or Red. 4. Schedule status - Indicate the amount of time this course is requiring this week: Green = I am able to complete the assignments with a reasonable expenditure of effort; Amber = I am able to complete the assignments but the time required is burdensome; Red = time requirements for this course are monstrous. Provide an explanation for status of Amber or Red. 5. Comprehension status - Indicate how well you understand this week's material (so far): Green = everything generally makes sense, or I am confident it will as we progress further; Amber = some of the material is really confusing and difficult to see the point of; Red = I'm lost. Provide an explanation for status of Amber or Red. 6. Overall Status - Indicate how comfortable you are with your progress in the course to date. The sections above should focus on the current week, but this section should indicate how you feel about the course as a whole.
